Ikigai Shift is the evolution of a career that spans decades in Fitness, Pilates and Physical Therapy.  Ikigai Shift started as Miracle Massage then changed to Miracle Massage, Pilates and Fitness and now has evolved into Ikigai Shift.

Our services are defined under;

  • Allied Health (Physiotherapy, Soft Tissue Therapy, Clinical Pilates)
  • Pilates, (Private Pilates, Reformer, Core Align and Studio Apparatus)
  • Fitness, (Private Personal Training, Group Classes, Strength and Conditioning)

We aren’t just Pilates, High Intensity Interval Training or a stock standard Physiotherapy facility.  We have evolved our methodology over decades using these treatment and training protocols to achieve optimal human function. 

Our methodology is based on some simple but overlooked health, fitness and recovery components.  These components include;

  • An assessment and outcome plan that is individualised for you
  • An appropriate level of intensity in your training

 Our Services

Soft Tissue Therapy

Soft Tissue Therapy incorporates deep tissue massage, neural manipulation, visceral manipulation, myofascial release, dry needling and trigger point therapy to manage your pain with a personalised plan.

Physiotherapy

Your physiotherapist will assess your needs treat and develop a program to help you recover and aid your general physical rehabilitation. 

Pilates

Pilates is a total-body exercise, with a focus on flexibility, strength and endurance. It is low-impact, which makes it appropriate for rehabilitation and injury prevention.

Infrared Sauna

Our sauna uses infrared rays to heat your body directly and gently. The heat penetrates deeply into your muscles, joints and tissue to increase circulation and oxygen flow.

Float Tank

Floatation, also known as sensory deprivation, is simply the act of relaxing in a floatation tank; with all sights and sounds removed, and drifting into a meditative state that rejuvenates your mind and body.
